This toner set comes with 3 containers of toner pads. These toner pads have matcha in them and have a green tint to them. One of the things I like about these toner pads is that as you use them, they lose the green tint, which lets me know the product is now on my skin and not on the pad. These pads do have a slight scent to them, but it's a pleasant scent. This set of 3 containers is going to last me a long time. I really love that these toner pads are intended to help with pores and redness. I do feel like they do calm my redness a bit. It's not drastic, but there is a small difference. I really like this product and would definitely recommend it.
I think the three-pack makes these a really good deal, especially since you get 300 pads. They're all well saturated, and I do feel like the extract helps calm redness and leaves my skin feeling hydrated and smoother. I like the scent, although it could potentially be an irritant since I generally prefer fragrance-free skincare. It does smell fairly natural to me, though, and I like that there are no artificial colors. It looks like there may be some synthetic ingredients in here, however. My biggest complaint is that the pads are very thin. I have a hard time grabbing just one with the little tweezers because sometimes I end up picking up more than one, but if I only get one, it can feel almost too thin to use. I wish each pad was just a little thicker, or that the pads were a little larger in size. There are so many good ingredients in here, and I like that they feel calming on my skin and that there are so many in the package. At less than $0.20 per pad, I think they're a good value, especially if you use toner pads regularly.
These toner pads are refreshing to use. I've been using them for about 2.5 weeks daily, and have noticed an overall brightening effect, which wasn't immediately noticeable the first week. I have no issues with sensitivity with them and find them to be soothing to use. They do leave a little bit of a layer on your skin when you use a lot of the liquid, but I follow up with moisturizer so it isn't that noticeable. I also find they work well with the cleanser and cream in the same line as well, but think this is an excellent value pack for just the toners. I like the material that the pads are made of. It is thinner than many others but has a looser weave. They stick easily onto the skin, so you could do a spot treatment mask if you wanted. The pads are a good level of moisture, without being sopping wet, as well. I would consider moderate level of scent/fragrance. I think they smell lovely, but the scent definitely lingers and I can still smell it after it has dried. I find it to be a refreshing and floral scent, (mildly perfum-ey) and in line with the other Matcha PDRN products, but I think it might be a little too strong if you don't like that kind of thing. The jars come with excellent seals, and I appreciate that there are tweezers included (which store in the top of the lid). Overall, I really like these toner pads and would consider them again in the future.
The pads are light and thin, yet are fully soaked with solution so that it is very easy to apply for full coverage. They are very gentle on my skin as the main ingredients; Jeju Matcha, Rose PDRN, Blue Complex and White Truffle; seem to make for a great combination and have a pleasant smell as well. There are 100 pads per container, which means I've plenty to last me for quite some time and as there are 2 containers, I'm not going to run out any time soon. I will simply let the pad sit on an area for a bit and/or then gently swipe it across my skin to treat the selected areas. My skin feels great after application, although just a touch tacky or sticky for a short bit afterwards. This is only for a moment, as it goes away fairly quickly after it has had a chance to fully be absorbed.
The Matcha PDRN Korean Toner Pads are a convenient and refreshing addition to my skincare routine. The pads are generously saturated and make applying toner quick and easy without needing extra cotton rounds or multiple products. I appreciate that the formula is designed with sensitive and acne-prone skin in mind, providing gentle exfoliation while still leaving my skin looking hydrated and comfortable. The matcha and PDRN combination gives the product a soothing, skincare-focused feel, and with regular use my skin looks smoother, more balanced, and refreshed. The large 300 count container is an excellent value and makes it easy to use consistently as part of both my morning and evening routines. These pads are soft, easy to apply, and leave my complexion feeling clean, calm, and moisturized without feeling stripped. A great option for anyone looking for a simple multitasking toner pad that supports smoother, healthier-looking skin.
FINALLY! After living in the dry, hot, Arizona climate for 15 years I have found something that keeps my face from drying out! I really appreciate I am even able to use a fairly harsh soap (Dial) on my skin beforehand to really wash my face and then I just rub one of these pads over my facial skin and it doesn't dry out! I have tried so many various moisturizers in my years of living here and all of them still left my skin looking like a molting lizard within a couple hours at best. The scent is very light, there's zero greasy residue and it just glides on. It's a fantastic value too!
This toner has a lot of great things going for it. I very much appreciate the vegan and largely natural based formula. It comes in a plastic jar that seals shut nicely to preserve the integrity of the product. Attached to the inside of the lid is a pair of plastic tweezers so that the product can be hygienically removed from the tub. The pads themselves are well saturated and are a bright green color. Thankfully, this is from good skin loving ingredients like matcha instead of artificial coloring. There is 'fragrance' listed in this however, which I question as to whether it is natural or synthetic in origin. I do not mind some scent if it is natural but would prefer to avoid synthetic fragrance in my skincare. These have great moisturizing qualities to them, unlike many toner pads that I have tried in the past. These did not dry me out at all but actually hydrated my skin. Overall, these are a great deal at a pack of three for under $50. These pads will last a long time and seem to be making my dry skin quite happy.
I ordered these VELVENTE Matcha PDRN Korean Toner Pads because Velvente is a good vegan K-beauty brand. I have dry and sensitive skin and am currently using the Velvente anti-aging cream, so I felt these toner pads would be a perfect addition, and I was right. This is a three-pack, which I am thrilled about. The three boxes were shrink-wrapped together, with a secure safety seal on all jars. I love the lime green theme of the boxes, jars, and pads. The green color of the pads comes primarily from Camellia Sinensis Leaf Extract (green tea) and Melia Azadirachta Leaf/Flower Extract (neem). No artificial colors, yay! There is a light and lovely scent to these pads, which makes me feel like I'm at a spa. The scent comes from the "Fragrance" additive, combined with natural botanical extracts such as Lavender, Clary Sage, Hyacinth, Chamomile, and White Truffle (Tuber Magnatum). "Fragrance" can sometimes irritate very sensitive or reactive skin. You may want to do a patch test if you think this is you. I have not had any issues whatsoever. The pads are the perfect thickness, not too thin, and not too bulky. The amount of toner is great, wet enough to do the job but not drippy and sloppy. My dry skin soaks up the toner and feels cool and moisturized immediately. I use this as the second step in my routine, after cleansing and before serum and moisturizer, both morning and night. You can use these a couple of ways: swiping all over the face/neck, or if you have an area that needs more attention, you can lay the pads on and leave them for a longer time. They even include clear plastic tweezers to grab the toner pads, so I don't have to risk getting bacteria in the jar with my fingers. The tweezers even have their own special spot inside the lid where they snap in and are available each time. I always research the ingredients that I'm putting on my skin. I found that these are good, safe, and effective ingredients for toner pads. The formula uses water, sodium hyaluronate, and glycerin for hydration and to lock in moisture, and soothing plant extracts like green tea to calm the skin. An enclosed card features a QR code with a direct link to the Velvente website, which describes their products. There are three steps: cleanser, toner pads, and anti-aging cream. Since I love the Velvente toner pads and cream, I bet I would love their cleanser as well. And fingers are crossed that they come out with a serum to complete my typical routine! (Hint, hint) I am glad I found these toner pads because my skin is very happy right now. The price of $49 (at the time of my review) is a good value for these three 100-pad jars. Since I use two a day, these jars will last me 5 months.
These toner pads are covered in the gel like toner, which glides onto the face without effort. The pads do stick together sometimes and since they are super thin, it isn't always easy to notice, so be sure you just have one. I don't use the included tweezers, but they are there if you need them. The Yuka app rates the ingredients in this toner as good overall, so there is room for improvement, but certainly not as bad as many of them on the market. I like that I don't have to use a cotton ball and that it's all conveniently put in one jar. The scent isn't bad, but I don't like scents at all in beauty products and wish this didn't have any fragrance. It doesn't linger after it is absorbed into the skin, though, so that helps. At first I thought this wasn't a great value, but thinking about how there are 200 pads included total, it is comparable to other high end toners. So far, it has made my skin feel nice after use and I'm hopeful it will lighten dark areas on my face.
Beautiful skin takes attention. I don't have perfect skin, but what I do have I try to take good care of it. These Matcha PDRN Korean Tone Pads helps me with my skin. Use them to help exfoliate, smooth and hydrated your skin. I've tried them and I'm impressed. I haven't noticed overnight differences, because it takes about 14 days to see some improvements. But what I have noticed is how nice it feels when you use these skin tone pads. They moisturize my skin in a natural way. These skin tone pads are gentle. They have a light fragrance to them. I plan on taking one, cutting it in half and placing each half under my eyes, hoping they will help make my 'sleep deprived' eye bags less noticeable. In each jar, you get 100 pads, plus a set of tweezers. When I placed my order, I expected one jar of 100 pads, and I was sent two jars. 200 toner pads will last a long time! If you want to naturally keep your skin healthy, if you want to calm breakouts without irritation, if you want to hydrate your skin, give these Matcha PDRN Korean Tone Pads a try!
This pack of two Matcha PDRN Korean Toner Pads by Velvente have a pretty good ingredient list. Each container comes with a stack of 100 neatly stacked toner pads. These are swimming in serum like other toner pads I've tried but they are nicely saturated. The container comes sealed with a foil top. The container is a bit unwieldy to screw on and off but you only need to do it once to remove the foil seal. The star ingredients are PDRN dervied from Rose, Jeju Matcha Extract, botanical extracts (Blue complex and Neem Extract), White Truffle Extranc and Panthenol and Betained & Glyceryl Glucoside making this formula a soothing, anti-oxidant rich, barrier repair toner geared towards those with acne prone and reactive skin. However, there is a pretty heavy fragrance with this toner pads. I'd personally prefer no fragrance at all as it can be an irritant. $39 for 2 packs seems in line with other K-Beauty toners.
These toner pads have a mild and gentle exfoliation while boasting skin-friendly redness soothing ingredients derived from plants. They work well with sensitive and dry skin, do not burn or tingle, and are even beard-friendly. PROS: Exfoliates Without Stripping: As a mature male with dry skin, I might be a little late to the skincare game but find K-beauty to be one of my favorite picks due to their gentle formulas. These pads have a mild exfoliating feel, are not grubby or grimy, tones gently, and are tough on sweat and dirt. They work great to gently polish my face without irritating my windburned cheeks, even stripping oil and funk from my beard without dehydrating my fuzzies. Hydrating and Soothing: If you pop this jar in the fridge and swipe your face after a long, sweaty workday, it's a game changer. These moisturize dry patches of skin while leaving a hint of serum (follow with moisturizer if you're extra crispy). They do not feel greasy or tacky after use and are perfectly sized for refreshing necks and brows, razor burn, or oily T-zones. Well-Closing Jar with Tweezers: The jar these pads are kept in seal up real well; I've made it to the end of mine without the pads going dry. The tweezers are also a great perk to keep the pads clean when you remove them, or if you have dirty construction-guy gorilla fingers like I do. The tweezers affix to a little slot at the top of the lid, so klutzes like me can't lose them. From start to finish, these kept fresh! CONS: - Light Serum: Not really a con, but just a note that the serum in these is on the lighter side. If you have oily skin, great, but those with skin on the drier side may use these as a first step before a follow-up moisturizer.
I have mature, dry, sensitive skin, and I am always cautious with toner pads, especially anything that claims exfoliating benefits. These Matcha Toner Pads have been a very pleasant surprise. I have had zero adverse reactions, no stinging, no redness flare ups, and no dryness, which is rare for my skin type. The pads feel soft and well saturated, not rough or overly abrasive. They provide very gentle exfoliation while still feeling soothing and hydrating. The matcha and blue herbal complex noticeably calms my skin, and the rose-derived plant-based PDRN gives my complexion a healthier, more refreshed look over time. I have seen improvement in overall tone and a subtle brightening effect, and my skin looks more even and balanced. I love that these work as an all in one step. After cleansing, I swipe one pad over my face and neck, and my skin feels prepped, comfortable, and lightly hydrated without any sticky residue. They absorb quickly and layer well with serums and moisturizer. Storing them in the refrigerator adds a nice cooling effect that feels amazing on sensitive or irritated skin. Overall, these pads are gentle yet effective and work beautifully for my mature, dry, sensitive skin. If you are looking for calming, non-irritating toner pads, these are absolutely worth trying.
I am in love with these toner pads. I hope that you can tell from the pictures that I added how the pad moisturized and brightened my hand in the one picture compared to the original picture. It's even better on my face. It feels soothing, hydrated, and gentle, and my skin feels younger, brighter, and more balanced after using the toning pads. I am extremely pleased with the results and recommend them highly.
I really like these. It's practically toner on pads so you don't have to use cotton pads to swipe toner all over your face - I say it's very practical and convenient. The toner pads come in unsealed box but the jar itself is sealed. There's clearly stated expiration date which I like. There's also small tweezers for easy grab and application. The pads are good sized and I can actually swipe all over my face with just one. Sometimes it's hard to pick just one but the little tweezers help with that. The toner has mild scent from its ingredients, no perfume added and ingredients look good for sensitive skin. It absorbs fast and I continue with facial serum and cream. I do think it works good for cleaning my pores and hopefully shrinking them with longer use. There are 100 pads in there, I use them AM and PM so two per day which makes this last about 50 days, not bad value for money when i calculate like that.
I'm reviewing the Matcha toner pads. This purchase included 100 toner pads in the package. The main ingredient is Matcha extract. They also have rose PDRN as a main ingredient. I think it's quite fascinating that a product like Matcha tea, which you would generally drink, is incorporated into skin care. I'm always on the hunt for something that gives me smooth, supple healthy skin. My skin tends towards oily. Having a handy toner pad container in the bathroom allows me to apply toner throughout the day. This is a gentle toner. It's not very astringent. I think it is good for all types of skin. It should help to maintain my skin natural balance. It does not feel harsh. It is made in Korea. It is distributed by a company based in Los Angeles.
I keep these in the fridge and use them after workouts such a nice cooling refresh. the Jeju matcha extract really does seem to help with my acne-prone skin. would recommend.
My skin has been through a lot lately with stress breakouts and dryness, and these pads have actually helped. The matcha and PDRN combo seems to be doing its job, the redness on my cheeks has calmed down a lot. Definitely worth it.
i'm mostly happy with these, with a couple small gripes. The ingredient list still leaves my skin feeling soft and hydrated. My only complaint is though I wish they were a little thicker might try a different toner next time, but not ruling these out.
I wasn't expecting much from a toner pad, but these actually impressed me. The matcha and PDRN combo seems to be doing its job, the redness on my cheeks has calmed down a lot. The jar with the tweezers built into the lid keeps everything feeling hygienic. Would recommend.
i've been fairly happy with these so far. I appreciate the tweezers included in the lid. But the pads are a little too wet for my liking. Still, the 100 count jar is a fair amount for the price. Overall I'd buy this again.
I ordered these toner wipes for my wife to add to her skin care regimen. The wipes come as a two-pack, with 100 pads per tub. The top snaps up to expose the wipes, which are very moist and colored lightly green. They have a light citrus scent which is somewhat like lemon. Each pad is just under three inches in diameter, and the moistness level is quite high so that there is a lot of liquid to dispense. Because the pads are stacked on top of each other, they are fairly stuck together. My wife either pries them apart with fingers, or uses the convenient plastic forceps that are fitted into the underside of the snap top. She generally uses her fingers, since she is going to use them to apply the product anyway, and getting the forceps off and back into the lid takes more time than she feels it is worth. She finds that the wipes apply a good amount of liquid to her face, and it absorbs easily. She applies the wipes by sweeping liberally around her face and neck, avoiding the immediate eye and mouth areas as recommended. She has not tried the "press and leave on" method, as it would only target a part of the face. While she has not yet noticed significant changes in her skin, the wipes leave her face feeling clean and toned. She is able to apply other skin products after letting this toner dry. The price is reasonable for the quantity provided. The Expiration Date on the jars I received is 11/30/2028.
These are the kind of product where you notice a difference within a week or two. The white truffle extract feels soothing rather than harsh, and I like that the formula is vegan too. The panthenol in the formula helps my skin feel soothed instead of tight. Honestly one of my better skincare purchases this year.
Solid toner pads for the price. The matcha and PDRN combo does seem to help with the redness on my cheeks. My only complaint is but the pads are a little too wet for my liking. Worth trying if you have sensitive skin.
I picked these up on a whim and I'm really glad I did. The white truffle extract feels soothing rather than harsh, and I like that the formula is vegan too. Would recommend.
I like these toner pads a lot. The hyaluronic acid does add some noticeable hydration. Although the pads are a bit thin. Still, the 100 count jar is a fair amount for the price. Still, I'd say it's a fair deal.
With consistent use twice a day, morning and night, you should start seeing a difference within 14 days. It works even better when paired with Velvente Foam Cleanser and Velvente Anti-Aging Cream, together they prep and support the skin for best results.
We recommend using the cream consistently for 14 days to allow sufficient time to assess its benefits, alongside with Velvente Foam Cleanser and Velvente Toner Pads. If you are not satisfied with the results after this period, please contact our customer support team to request a refund.
