Standard Delivery: 2–4 business days within the US after your order ships.

Orders placed before 12 PM PST typically process and ship the same day. If you order Monday morning, your package ships Monday afternoon and arrives Wednesday–Friday.

During high-volume periods or promotions, processing may take up to 2 business days.

We ship to all 50 US states using USPS, UPS, or FedEx—whichever gets your order to you fastest based on your location.

CAN I USE EXPEDITED SHIPPING?

Yes. If you need your V-Renewal System sooner, select Expedited Shipping at checkout.

WHAT IF MY SHIPPING ADDRESS IS WRONG?

Double-check your address before completing your order.

If your address is incorrect and the carrier returns your package, redelivery fees may apply. Contact us immediately if this happens - we'll help sort it out.

Pro tip: Add delivery instructions in the address field (e.g., "Leave at front door") to prevent returns.

WHAT IF MY ORDER DOESN'T ARRIVE?

If your order doesn't arrive within the expected timeframe:

1. Check your tracking number (it shows the real status)
2. Wait 1–2 business days (sometimes tracking updates are slow)
3. Contact us if it's truly lost—we'll file a claim and replace or refund

WHAT IF MY PACKAGE ARRIVES DAMAGED?

Occasionally, despite careful packing, packages get damaged in transit.

If this happens: Contact us with photos of the damage. We'll replace the product or refund immediately. No hassle.

CAN I CHANGE MY ADDRESS AFTER ORDERING?

Contact us immediately. If your order hasn't shipped yet, we can change it.

If it's already shipped, it's in transit and we can't change the address. But we're here to help if needed.
